Warranty

Each piece is designed and inspected before shipping.

If a manufacturing defect appears under normal use, please contact me with photos and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, I will repair or replace the item.

Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • cosmetic scratches or surface marks

  • damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or accidents

  • modifications made by third parties

Returns (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in its original condition

  • with all original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact me before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Made & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order and custom pieces created specifically at the buyer’s request may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If work has begun or materials have been purchased, a partial fee may apply.

Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once production has started.

Cancellations

Ready pieces may be cancelled before shipment.

After shipment, the standard return policy applies.
